🔵 A. CLIENT TERMS

1. Working with Us

When you choose to work with LaunchLiftX, we first understand your business and agree on the scope of work. All services are delivered based on what is discussed and finalized at the start.

2. Payments

To begin any project, a 50% advance payment is required. The remaining 50% should be cleared within 15 days of starting the project or before final delivery, whichever comes first. If payment is delayed, work may be paused.

3. Project Flow

Once the project starts, we follow a step-by-step process. You may receive updates during the work. Final files, access, or delivery will only be shared after full payment is done.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to provide: Required details, Content (if needed), and Timely approvals. Any delay from the client’s side can affect timelines.

5. Changes & Revisions

Small revisions are part of the process. However, major changes or additional requests outside the agreed work may be charged separately.

6. Refund Policy

Once the project has started, payments are non-refundable. If a client decides to stop the work midway, the amount already paid will not be returned.

7. Results & Expectations

We focus on proper setup, planning, and execution. However, final results may vary based on market response and competition. We do not guarantee specific fixed sales or revenue.

8. Conduct

We expect clear and respectful communication. In case of misuse of language, pressure, or threats, we reserve the right to stop the project.

9. Ending the Project

Either side can decide to stop the project with proper communication. However, payments for completed work must be cleared.

1. Our Work Approach

LaunchLiftX follows a simple system — planning, execution, and delivery. Every project is handled based on the agreed scope and timeline.

2. Scope of Work

We work strictly within what is agreed at the beginning. Any additional service or change will be treated as a separate request.

3. Ownership

Final deliverables are shared only after full payment. LaunchLiftX may showcase completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use platforms like payment gateways, delivery partners, and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for issues caused by these services.

5. Data & Privacy

Client information and business data are handled responsibly and not shared without permission.

6. Timelines

Project timelines depend on both execution and client response. Delays in approvals or content may extend the timeline.

7. Right to Pause or Stop Work

We reserve the right to pause or stop work in cases of payment delays, violation of terms, or misconduct.
